Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at 910 Woodmore Hollow Ln. Hartsville, TN on our designated pick up hours.

What if I can't pick up my order on pick up days?
You will have to call us and arrange a better time for order pick up.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Where do you ship?
We currently do not ship our dry provisions at this time. We are currently in the process of offering shipping in the future.

How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100.
